Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Whilst we are aware that cancellations are often unavoidable we have a limited number of rooms and therefore like many other smaller establishments we have a longer notice requirement period (please see below).
In order to help us to keep our prices as reasonable as possible we ask our guests not to book provisionally but only if definite. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that where necessary your visa and passport are valid to allow entry into the UK. If you are refused entry our cancellation charges will apply.
Whilst we will make every to replace your booking in the event that we are unable to do so the the following charges will be made to your card.
Cancellations received 28-22 days before confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total projected room cost.
Cancellations received 21-15 days before confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room cost.
Cancellation received 14 days before confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total projected room cost.
Guests requesting a last minute booking are advised that payment is non refundable – and 100% of the total projected room cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled or visitors fail to arrive.
Any cancellation charges due will be deducted from the credit card supplied during the reservation process, and a receipted invoice submitted to the card holder by email with the cardholder’s full consent being understood as having been given as per below:
(A) All bookings are made on the understanding that these terms and conditions have been agreed to by the cardholder.
(B) The dates on the relevant emails as well as those specified in the booking
Confirmation is the binding dates in the case of cancellation.
(C) It is your responsibility to please ensure you receive an email acknowledging receipt of any cancellation as per our terms. Until we have replied and confirmed your instructions, it is deemed not cancelled, thus charges will still apply.
Insurance Guests are strongly advised to take out appropriate comprehensive travel insurance which will cover you in the event of medical emergencies, accident, illness, cancellation and loss.
Payments Payments may be made by credit/debit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 5% surcharge.
